It Was the Cornbread & Biscuits

Over a plate of cornbread and biscuits, I rediscovered my love for capturing life's little moments with the camera. I haven't been doing that lately, photojournaling. I guess I haven't felt inspired by life lately. It's been too hard. But I saw again this past weekend how the little moments are filled with beauty. They are inspiring, even when (maybe especially when) life is hard. So there's that.

Over this same plate of ultimate comfort food, I found myself wondering how in the world I could use this tiny corner of online space to be of any value to you and me. With many hours of driving the road, I had the chance to pray and consider and contemplate. (Does driving inspire you too?) I'm happy to say, I have some direction. Throughout this week, I plan to tell you what's been put on my heart. I hope you'll join me! I'm kind of excited about it! Excited on a Monday--that's something!

Ok. I'm off to grab some coffee! I hope your little moments add up to a great day! See you here tomorrow.
