Everything Starts Here.
“But as for me, I will hope continually,
and will praise You
yet more and more.”
Psalm 71:14
I’m Cassi Hope, as in c[HOPE]
Something deep inside me needs beauty and light like my lungs need air. The older I get, the harder it can be to find. Life seems to get heavier as the years get longer, but even more reason to keep hunting for them.
I find simple pleasures to be the things of life and am enthralled with the God who strings them through my days.
Framing life with the camera and a few words, I am compelled to offer you encouragement and hope because we all could use a friend to walk with.
These are the people I call home.
More about Cassi
Just an average girl married to Shaun and spending her days in Western North Carolina. We’ve raised two girls and are still raising two boys — yes, all from the same original family. Clearly God has His way in our lives. We learn to adjust because His way is always better than ours. Even when it hurts.
Our family spends our days serving teens in camp ministry in the mountains of North Carolina. While I love getting to be a part of all that, my favorite days are spent barefoot in the garden or capturing life with my camera. Family togetherness trumps it all.
The Purpose
In our work and every day lives, we see many people living without hope, going through the motions of living but empty, quitting when life (in true life fashion) gets too messy. We’ve been in these very places ourselves.
We have a fire in us to be a voice of hope when despair comes knocking, when the mundane tempts us to lose our way. Walking with a personal God affords us the faith to believe He can make a way where there isn’t one; He can hold together what seems to be falling apart; He can bring to life what seems too far gone.
-
Remaining faithful is our greatest work, but life doesn’t make it easy.
-
The hopelessness is suffocating. You were never meant to walk this alone.
-
We want to help you keep going.
